4. Where the work is done
Ether's is a French entity and remains registered in France. Alexandre Corne has been based in Da Nang, Vietnam, since June 2026, works from there, and accesses the data described in the Privacy notice from there. This is stated because it is a fact worth knowing, not because it changes which law applies: the entity is French, and French law governs, as set out in section 9.

6. Nature of the services
Outfold Systems installs and sets up AI systems that produce and publish content, for content creators and for businesses. It is a service engagement, not a software subscription, and there is no licence to buy on this website.
Nothing is sold on this website. There is no cart, no checkout and no payment page. An enquiry form and a client area are all that is exposed. An engagement begins from a written proposal agreed between Ether's and the client, and the price of the engagement is stated in that proposal.
7. Intellectual property
The content of these pages, including text, layout, graphics, diagrams, and the code that serves them, belongs to the publisher and is protected by French and international intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation without prior written authorisation is not permitted.
Who owns what is built or installed during a client engagement is a separate question, settled in the engagement documents and not here. See section 7 of the Terms.

These pages link to third-party sites, including alexandrecorne.com, the platforms shown in the examples, and the providers listed in section 5. The publisher does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their practices.
9. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to this website is subject to the courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to the mandatory protections available to a client who qualifies as a consumer.
