1. No promise of a result
Outfold Systems installs and sets up systems that produce and publish content. It does not promise what that content will do. No audience figure, no view count, no follower growth, no revenue, no ranking, no conversion rate, no reach.
The work is a best-efforts obligation, an obligation de moyens in French law, not an obligation to reach a result. What happens after publication depends on the client's market, their offer, their consistency, and on platforms that change without notice.
2. The examples on this site
The posts, thumbnails, carousels and videos shown on the landing page are published work from Alexandre Corne's own brands, produced with the systems described. They are shown as evidence that the systems exist and run, not as a forecast of what they will do for anyone else.
3. What AI output is worth
These systems use AI models. That has consequences worth stating plainly:
- A model can be confidently wrong. It can state a fact that is false, misattribute a quote, or invent a source.
- A model can produce text or images that resemble existing work, and can reproduce a style closely enough to raise a rights question.
- The same input does not always give the same output, so results vary between runs.
- Model providers change their models, their terms and their prices without asking, and output quality can move as a result.
Nothing produced by these systems should be treated as verified. Anything factual, legal, medical, financial or attributable to a named person needs to be checked by a human before it is published.
Who reviews a piece before it goes out, and who answers for it once it is published under the client's name: a rights claim, a takedown, a platform suspension, a regulator. This is the same open point as section 11 of the Terms and it is the one that most needs a professional answer.
4. Platforms are outside anyone's control
YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Pinterest, Substack and every other platform set their own rules and change them when they like. Reach can fall, an account can be restricted or removed, an API can close, a feature can disappear. Each platform's own terms apply to the client's account, and complying with them stays the client's responsibility. Nothing here overrides them.
5. Third-party tools are outside anyone's control
The systems rely on third-party services. Any of them can raise a price, change a term, degrade, or shut down. When that happens the system is adapted, and that adaptation is work like any other, not a defect to be repaired free of charge unless the engagement documents say so.
6. Not professional advice
Alexandre Corne is not a lawyer, an accountant, a tax adviser or a licensed financial adviser. Nothing on this site, in the documents produced by the intake, or in any conversation during an engagement, is legal, tax, accounting, financial or medical advice. For anything that needs professional judgement, go to the professional.
This applies to these very pages. They exist to be honest about what happens on this surface and what is stored. They are not a substitute for contract terms drafted by a lawyer, and the points marked open on the Terms page are marked open for that reason.
7. Accuracy of this site
Reasonable effort goes into keeping these pages accurate and current. They are not warranted to be free of errors or omissions, and they describe a surface that is actively being built, so something can be true today and outdated next month. If you find something here that does not match what the site actually does, say so and it gets fixed.
