1. Introduction

Ether's (SIREN 879 425 049), operating alexandrecorne.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, and stores personal data of visitors interacting with the Site. This policy describes how that data is handled and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK-GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable privacy laws. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

This Policy covers the personal landing page at alexandrecorne.com and the contact form on it. It does not run a newsletter, host user accounts, or operate analytics pixels.

Two surfaces on this domain are outside this Policy. The Outfold Systems pages under /ai are a separate business surface, with forms, a client area and a database of their own, described in their own privacy notice. The Businesses interest form at /business carries the Outfold Systems name, writes its submissions to that same database, and is listed in that notice too.

2.2. Data collected automatically

2.3. What we do NOT collect

No tracking cookies. No analytics scripts (no Plausible, no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel). No advertising trackers. No cross-site tracking. No fingerprinting.

3. Cookies & Browser Storage

The Site does not set any first-party cookies. It is fully public and requires no login, so no session or authentication cookie is created.

Google Fonts (loaded from fonts.googleapis.com) may set technical cookies on Google's domain when fonts are fetched. This is outside our control; see Google's privacy policy.

4. Third-Party Services

Data is shared with the following providers, strictly for the purposes described:

We never sell your personal data. We never share it with advertisers.

5. International Data Transfers

Some providers (FormSubmit, Cloudflare for some services, Google) are based outside the EEA/UK. When data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on adequate safeguards including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent mechanisms.

6. Data Retention

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR / UK-GDPR, you have the right to:

Under CCPA/CPRA (California residents): the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do not sell or share), and non-discrimination.

To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected].

8. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS via Cloudflare. The contact form is delivered over an encrypted channel. The Site is public and holds no user account, so there is no login to protect.
